With more than 20 years of experience spanning construction, project management, operations, and executive leadership, CarolynAnn Mohr has built her career around one simple philosophy: every successful project begins with trust, communication, and exceptional organization.
Her journey in the construction industry began as the Operations Manager for the cabinet division of a home builder in Jacksonville, Florida. Over the years, she expanded her expertise through leadership roles in the fire protection and electrical industries, overseeing complex operations, managing large organizations, and coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Returning to Southwest Florida, CarolynAnn found her passion in residential remodeling as Project Manager for a boutique general contractor. Working closely with homeowners, contractors, designers, and vendors, she became the trusted point of contact throughout every phase of the renovation process. From developing scopes of work and managing budgets to coordinating schedules, overseeing craftsmanship, and assisting with material selections, she ensures every detail is handled with care.
Today, through Construction Concierge, CarolynAnn brings that same hands-on approach directly to homeowners. Whether you're remodeling a kitchen, transforming a bathroom, updating your entire home, or coordinating multiple contractors, her goal is to make the experience as seamless and stress-free as possible.
She understands that renovating a home is about more than construction—it's about protecting one of your biggest investments while creating a space you'll enjoy for years to come. When she's not helping clients bring their homes to life, CarolynAnn enjoys spending time with her family, relaxing near the water with a good book, and making memories with her beloved Sheprador, Jax.
